JIM CRUMP - President & CEO

Before joining eVoiceNetworks, J.L. (Jim) Crump served as VP of Business Development for Storage Access, Inc. after founding and serving as President of Link Net Consultants, Inc., a business he still maintains, where he focuses on strategic planning, partner relationships, and vendor compliance for his clients. Prior to founding Link Net Consultants, Mr. Crump worked at IBM for more than 25 years, where he served as Assistant to the Chairman, and designed and taught courses for their Business Partner Executive training program. Additional experience at IBM included work in: systems engineering; sales, technical and management training; and sales, systems, IBM branch and human resources management.

JONATHAN CASTLEMAN - Co-Chairman, Executive V.P. Business Development

Mr. Castleman is a recognized leader in the technology industry. Prior to co-founding eVoiceNetworks, Mr. Castleman founded CyberOptic Group, a web application and Internet marketing company in business since 1998, and founded storage service provider, Storage Access, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Castleman raised $20 Million in funding for Storage Access, took them public via a reverse merger, and served as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Storage Access, he served as Sales Manager, Director of Marketing and Vice President of Advanced Product Marketing for Champion Solutions Group where he was instrumental in obtaining strong IBM partner relationships and growing sales from approximately $4 Million to $125 Million. His contributions lead Champion to numerous achievements including consistent status as IBM's top storage re-marketer. Mr. Castleman has been published in numerous trade journals and publications; he authored a white paper on server and storage consolidation, co-authored IBM's Storage Sales Certification and two Storage Area Network (SAN) Certification Exams, and has been a guest speaker at numerous industry and financial events.
